Strategy Engine, Inc. announced today that it will acquire the strategy consulting practice of Vantage Point Associates LLC. The acquisition, via merger, will be effective December 30, 2005. Strategy Engine's newly created Vantage Point Services group includes the key partners of Vantage Point Associates who will continue to serve clients on behalf of Strategy Engine. Current and new customers alike will benefit from the combination of Vantage Point's process expertise and experienced consultants with Strategy Engine's unique and innovative strategic planning software solutions.
